Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using QR Scanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
License
HAN Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Permitted Use
You may use the App to:
- Scan QR codes using your device camera
- Generate QR codes for personal or business use
- View and manage your scan and creation history
- Share QR codes via standard system sharing
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
- Generate QR codes containing malicious, harmful, or deceptive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HAN Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HAN Apps does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAN Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Third-Party Links
QR codes you scan may contain URLs linking to third-party websites. HAN Apps has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Opening such links is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
