What can I scan?
QR Scanner reads QR codes as well as common barcodes including EAN, UPC, Code 128, Code 39, PDF417, Aztec, and Data Matrix — using your camera or an image from your photo library.
How do I scan a code from a photo?
On the Scanner tab, tap “Scan from Photos” and choose an image that contains a QR code or barcode.
Where can I find my past scans?
Open the History tab. Your scanned and created codes are saved and grouped by Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, and Last 30 Days.
Is my data private?
Yes. All scanning happens on your device, and your data never leaves it. We don't track you and no account is required.
The camera won't scan — what should I do?
Make sure QR Scanner has camera permission in iOS Settings → QR Scanner. Good lighting helps — try the built-in flashlight toggle for dark environments.
